101 Things to Do in 1001 Days
Below is my 101 things to do in 1001 days. I started my list on January 13, 2010, which means my deadline to complete them will be 10/12/12. In this dreary month of January, this has given me that warm feeling, that only the sun can, on a warm summer day. I bet it’ll get a lot warmer, every time I cross something off my list. My cousin Elsja, gave me the idea, so I’ll give her the credit and hopefully, I’ll give myself a huge slap on the back, for accomplishing my goals.
If you think you’d like to try this yourself, please do. Here’s all you need to know:
The Challenge:
Complete 101 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.
The Criteria:
Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on your part).
- Key:

Yay! Good luck with all your items!
You forgot to add “travel to Sydney” on there!
Ok, I added it to the list! I added so much traveling to the list, I was trying to be practical, but hey, you never know what the future holds. Now that you’re living there, it only makes sense to go down under.
Thanks again!
Monica, you are such a talented writer. In fact, you are a very talented, gifted woman. I aspire to do just a few of the things you mentioned, maybe 10 in 1001. I am never disappointed in anything you write.
Carole, thank you so much, that means the world to me. I promised myself I would set more goals for myself and the 101 in 1001 days was one way of doing that. I have no doubt you’ve accomplished an impressive list of goals, in your life. Your desire to keep giving back, is a wonderful testament, to the amazing person, you are. Thank you for everything….xoxox
I found this by accident but I love what I read. I have been setting goals in an excel document for the last several years (didn’t update it this year of course!) and I think it does help me to get them accomplished. There are many things on your list that are also on my list. Then there are some things on your list I’d never considered doing at all. LOL! This is a wonderful idea and I look forwardto seeing you crossing some things off here.
